Welcome to VCMUN '25

I am thrilled to welcome you to the Ventura County Model UN! We can’t wait to see all of you at Ventura College for our inaugural conference from May 5th - May 7th, 2025.

This conference is designed to create an inclusive environment for delegates from diverse backgrounds, each bringing their unique interests and expertise. Our goal is to foster collaboration, creativity, and innovative solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges. Thanks to the hard work of our dedicated team, we’ve curated a variety of engaging committees that will encourage you to think critically and engage deeply.

With three committees spanning different themes and topics, delegates will have ample opportunity to tackle complex issues and hone their diplomatic skills. Whether through crisis simulations or in-depth general assemblies, we hope each of you will find a setting that resonates with your interests and allows you to explore important global concerns.

Throughout the conference, I encourage you to immerse yourselves in the experience—network, collaborate, and make lasting connections with fellow delegates and advisors. This is an opportunity to not only grow as diplomats but also to forge friendships that extend beyond the conference.
